Return and Exchange

 At Suvani Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our goal. We back up all of our orders with a 7-day return and exchange policy. The clock starts after your shipment arrives at your home. Whether there is an issue with the product or you changed your mind, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within the allotted time.

 

We accept returns/exchanges due to the following reasons:

-  Defective items

-  Customer dissatisfaction with the products

-  Incorrect size or color

-  Damage during shipping

-  Missing shipments (after verification from DHL)

 

Returning Your Items

 Within the 7-day window, please contact us regarding your desire to return your product(s). You can use our Contact Us page, or email us at [email protected].

In your email, please include:

-  Order number

-  SKU code and/or product name

-  Reason for the return

 We will promptly respond with instructions to return your items. Once we receive the returned items in original condition (no signs of wear, tags removed, or other damage), we’ll process the full or partial refund as discussed.

Please make sure to securely package the items upon returning them. Use the same secure method we used to ship the products to you. This will ensure the items arrive at our store in the same condition you received them. For the wholesale order, we recommend purchasing insurance for the shipment, especially if it’s worth more than $100.

We will refund your payment using the same method you paid for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

 

Exchanging Your Items

Within the 7-day window, please contact us regarding your desire to exchange your product(s). You can use our Contact Us page, or email us at [email protected].

In your email, please include:

-  Order number

-  SKU code and/or product name

-  Reason for the exchange

Please note that you must exchange for a same-priced item or you must pay the difference for the higher-priced item that you choose.
